Most-subscribed mods
Updated for Brotato 1.2.0.1 · checked 2026-11-05
GamingPickz counted 19 mods on 5 Sep 2026 with 4,249,457 subscriptions combined. The top of that list: Brotils 744,984, ContentLoader 736,184, Mod Options 427,576, FreeRerolls 371,512, DmgMeter 255,042, Supermarket 183,913, Expanded Challenges 179,312, Improved Tooltips 169,312, Elemento 148,133, Original Signal 145,587, StartItems 137,051. I copy the counts with the date. They are not a 1.2 review.
Only 10 of those 19 had an update after the start of 2025, in that same snapshot. A mod that has not moved since then is a risk on 1.2, not a recommendation. 'Best' here means most subscribed, which is a popularity reading.
ContentLoader and Mod Options sit in front because many other mods ask for them. Install those two before you judge a mod as broken.
