Primal Dread
Updated for Brotato 1.2.0.1 · checked 2026-11-05
PC got Primal Dread on 2 Nov 2026 at 18:00 UTC. The store page lists the Jungle, Evolution, 10 characters, 17 weapons, 40 items, and three pets, plus a fossil set. The launch announcement also confirms 40 items; the earlier '30 plus' wording was a lower bound, not a different total. The ten names I will print, from guides that agree with each other on the spelling, are Veteran, Archaeologist, Droid, Time Shifter, Variant, Caveman, Arsonist, Poacher, Survivor, and Mad Scientist.
Their stat templates on the wiki were empty on 5 Nov 2026. Unlock lines exist on brotato-builds alone, some 'default' and some conditional. Every one of those lines is one source. I do not paste them as wiki facts. The character table has a row and a blank stat cell.
Patch 1.2.0.1 the next day moved Mutagen from 2 percent to 3 percent, stopped Mutation from copying Survivor, capped T-Rex speed at 95 percent, and fixed a co-op crash. Evolution itself is explained on the mechanics page.
