People looking for a planner, a tier list, or a database are not all asking for the same page. The database is the character, weapon, and item tables. The tier list is its own pair of pages. The tool is the build planner, and it is the only one.
brotator.com already has a planner and brotato-builds already has calculators. Their build data is not on the same version label. The piece I am adding is an item-set filter that matches the 1.2 switch, using the set field already stored on each row. There is no second database hiding under the tool.
The planner works as a table if scripts are off. Filters are a convenience on top of rows you can already read.
