A cursed enemy, in the wiki's Abyssal Terrors writeup, gains 25 percent damage, 15 percent speed, and 150 percent health plus 2 percent health per point of Curse, up to 300 Curse and therefore up to 750 percent extra health. Cursed enemies drop 33 percent more materials. Cursed item lines roll between 1.1 and 2.1 times, and after wave 20 that window is 1.5 to 2.1.

In co-op the health bonus uses the sum of the team's Curse. I would not plan a four-player Curse stack without expecting a much larger health pool.

Creature is the character built for the stat: weapon damage scales with 35 percent of Curse. The cap and the team rule are the parts I would not skip when someone asks how Curse 'factors into weapons.'

FAQ

What does Curse do to enemies?

More damage, more speed, a large health bonus that scales with your Curse, and extra materials when they die.

Does co-op add Curse together?

The health bonus does, according to the wiki. I do not have a second source that splits the sum per player.
